Decrees of the Realms

By accessing or playing Mystic Realms: Puzzle Quest ("the Game"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these laws, you must immediately retreat from the Realms and cease all interaction with our Services.

To preserve your progress across the realms, you may be required to create an account or link through Google Play Services.

• You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when requested.
• We reserve the right to banish accounts that violate these decrees.

The Game utilizes virtual currencies (Gold, Gems) and legendary items (Relics, Gear). These items:

• Have no real-world value and cannot be redeemed for fiat currency.
• Are licensed to you for personal use within the Game only.
• May be modified, managed, or eliminated by the High Council at any time without liability.

Any real-world currency transitions are handled via the Google Play Store. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law or the platform's policies. We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party payment processors.

The following acts are strictly forbidden within the Mystic Realms:

All original content, artwork, musical compositions, and code within the Game are the exclusive property of Mystic Realms Studio. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play the Game for your own amusement.

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE HIGH COUNCIL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR EXPLORATION OF THE REALMS.
